The man with the blurred face in the foreground on the right is believed to be Lincoln.

Touched up version with be Lincoln's face drawn onto the man purported to be Lincoln.

This is not an "Alleged" photo of Abraham Lincoln with Secretary Seward and Captain John Wesley White. Captain White was my ancestor and we have this photo in the family collection - the blurred version.

That is awesome that you have an original copy of it! I wrote alleged because the photo was often debated in the field of Abraham Lincoln photography as to if the blurry man is really him or someone else. I do not know what the current consensus is among scholars of the identity of the man is. Thanks for the comment!
