Animated time-lapse daguerreotype view of American soldiers of the Virginia Regiment and Webster's Battalion in a street in Saltillo, Mexico, taken by an unidentified photographer during the Mexican-American War, c. 1847. It seems that the camera was moved slightly between photos and as a result they do not line up very well.
